The Floor Shop employs a team of highly professional, fully trained
floor fitters.
Our fitters have the benefit of Public Liability Insurance –
rest assured that you are fully covered in the very unlikely event
that any damage occurs to your existing furniture, appliances or
fixtures & fittings.
The Floor Shop Standard Fitting Service includes:

- The removal and replacement of light furniture.
- The securing of all existing floorboards to ensure that your
new floor is laid on a secure, even, creak-free surface –
we will not charge you extra for any screws or nails used.
- The planing of any standard household doors if required.
- The removal and disposal of all the packaging which comes with
your new floor.
As an additional service, we can remove and dispose of your existing
floor coverings - this will be subject to an additional charge and
will be priced accordingly after a site survey.
The Floor Shop Repair & Restoration Service
includes: -
- The removal and replacement of light furniture.
- Up to four courses of different graded sanding.
- Three coats of a commercial grade sealer.
- The buffing of the floor prior to the final coat of sealer to
ensure the smoothest possible finish.
- The use of top quality oil-based stains - not water-based like
most of our competitors will quote you for.
- The use of top quality Bona and Ronseal sealers and sanding equipment.

Comprehensive Guarantee
All of the floors we fit come with a 10 year product and workmanship
guarantee as standard - some manufacturers even offer guarantees
of up to 30 years on their floors for extra peace of mind.
Should you experience any problems with your floor once it has been
fitted, simply contact us and we will
arrange a time convenient to you to come and inspect your floor.
We will then deal directly with the manufacturers on your behalf
to ensure a speedy resolution to the problem.
