  • A mid-price floor from each floor type.
  • Standard Fitting & Floor Preparation. Click here for full details of our Fitting & Floor Preparation Services.
  • A standard 3mm polyfoam underlay with laminate and engineered floors and a 6mm plywood with hardwood floors. Ask about our premium underlay which is 6mm thick – perfect for situations where extra sound proofing is required, for example in flats or children’s bedrooms.
  • A damp proof membrane (DPM) for all floors fitted directly onto a concrete sub-floor.
  • Standard accessories (beading, thresholds & radiator pipe roses) in colours to complement the floor.

For small areas a minimum labour charge may apply of £350 plus VAT for laminate and engineered floors and £500 plus VAT for pre and un-finished hardwood floors
