We would like to announce that we have been closely monitoring government guidelines and advice from Public Health England and have taken the decision to keep our showroom and trade counter open and continue with deliveries and installations as normal.
We would like to reassure our customers that we have taken steps to safeguard visitors to our showroom. We have increased our cleaning procedures, are disinfecting common surfaces regularly and have set up a hand sanitising station at the entrance.
Our showroom is extremely spacious and our staff follow a strict regimen of hand washing and are maintaining a safe personal distance, whilst still being able to offer excellent customer service.
We are currently delivering and installing goods to customers, whilst retaining a strict level of hygiene and care. Our drivers and installers are equipped with extra product to maintain this level of hygiene and, for the safety of our customers and themselves, will be practising social distancing in your home.
We continue to ensure that any employee who is unwell remains at home.
Our focus remains on the well-being of our employees and customers and supporting the wider community in order to help with the national effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
